what's your definition of friendship? (Page 2) Knighted1: Friendships have no age boundries or physical limits, any country any race. Over time you learn about each other, you care for each other in a friendship way.You don't prejudge them just on looks. You accept them for "who" they are. You listen to them in the best way you can, help them with life be it in good times or bad. True friends stick with ya no matter how you may think,hey...we all have our own opinions on things, right! Friendships are like a club of sorts(so to speak),not everyone will fit into the club.Think about that.Someone right off the street can't just be an instant friend,it's earned, you may hang out for coffee etc and start to learn about them and later on if it all goes well..you have a new friend!Just can't walk up and say...be my friend...not gonna happen that way to much. Friendships just happen, the great true ones take time to grow by learning about one another, laughing and yes even crying. Sharing emotions, admitting to having faults(we all have some),we try to convey our thoughts to each other as best as we can and may at times come off the wrong way but...that's on oopsie and that happens with friends too. They care for each other as i said, give that shoulder for the other to lean upon.A special bond is formed along the way. I try to convey what i think and sometimes i can mess up but my good friends know i meant no harm, just the words came out the wrong way so i have to take the long route to clear it up sometimes, pays to slow down to say what i want sometimes...lol. Other tings too but i am taking up too much time for you to read. |
