Till it beckons me to release captivity

the clouds caved in holding dawn's whistles
Together we entangled our colors; olives and golds
Until the black hand chimed dismissal

But what about numbers I have to say to those.

Music has it's moving moments but don't you see,
It's still a bunch of numbers for you and me.

With rhythms and tempos, pace and a beat,
musical numbers ah quite the treat.

A steamy mist from mountains rise
As the sun breaks through the haze,
Revealing phantom peaks obscured
By a rising cloud filled maze

Clouds, like a hundred parasols,
Cast shadows shaded green.
A giant random patchwork quilt
Laid on the mountain scene.

Milky wisps, at times remain,
Like a fine embroidered lace.
In contrast to a rocky ledge,
On a distant mountain face.

Moisture laden clouds of gray,
Their nutrients released,
As a mist becomes a downpour,
Green mountain forest feast.

But the clouds, more then the forest feed,
The food chain here won't end.
A fire streaks across the sky
And looming clouds descend.

This invokes a feeding frenzy
As the clouds and thunder roll.
The forest feeds the mountains
And the mountains feed my soul.
