General Tso's Chicken! Other than that, I'll stir fry garden veggies at home. The best part of stir frying is that when you do it right, even cheap cuts of meat get very well tenderized and flavorful. I'm planting leeks this year so I'll have them to stir fry all summer. If I can find a source for mutton I'm going to have a lot of mutton stir fry with snow peas and zucchini and leeks. Does anybody know of any other good oriental grocery sites besides weee.com?
