pstyletto: Interesting thread... always something new to learn with cameras/editing. Lets keep this thread going ! Im a professional, Equine (horse) photographer (Nikon user) and I still use the old school Photoshop 7. I have and have played with CS versions, but really a waste of space on my hard drive, as I can do pretty much what I need to print my customer orders with 7.

missy_messy: um.. i'm still learning on how to use photoshop. yea, the old version is simpler and easier i think i use Lightroom to edit pics. im not a photographer but i love photography.

haitran: so which version of Lightroom you're using, missy_messy?

pstyletto: Use what works best for you Missy-messy. The only way to learn is either read a photoshop "dummies" book or just start click buttons and watch what happens.

missy_messy: i learn on youtube. I use LR 4.1 haitran.

pstyletto: I hate reading books, so I learned by clicking on stuff and taking notes. Of course you can always learn something reading other peoples posts as well.

flutejuice: ive just discovered the adjustment brush in cs5 camera raw plug in.. wow.. amazing tool...!!

brometheus: i started out with photoshop 7, in graphic design school, now work as a graphic designer, and photoshop is my alltime favvorite adobe program

brometheus: oh and pstyletto, u must definately upgrade to cs6! if u use a nikon u can edit your raw files and make some amazing shots
