Best ever stethen king movie (Page 2) MetalDan: Stand by me or Cats eyes the second one just because I grew up with it. Although Tim Curry in It was amazing he made the film without him it woulda been unwatchable mikeol77: Shawshank Redemption is my favorite. The Mist was pretty damn good too. I'm excited for the Bag of Bones movie. Loved that book. SassySweetie: I love Stephen King. One of my favorite authors. I have to say, in my opinions he is just genius! The movies are great too although some do not give some of his stories justice, but then again I guess there is only so much they can cover from a book into making a movie. I really liked Stand by Me, Rose Red, Carrie. Needful Things was an interesting one, so was Apt. Pupil, as well as Dream Catcher. I also really liked Delores Claiborne and Misery. Cathy Bates did an amazing job portraying both characters in each story. Her role as Annie in Misery was just absolutely amazing and magnificent. Christine was also a good one. Seen that one when I was about 6 with my mom and ever since I became a fan of Kind and began to read his stories when I was about 12. And also, who can forget, The Shining? Mmmm yes, King talented? He really is. booberries: i have read all Stephen Kings books and watch the films too love to see his cameo but it is true the book ialways better lol x kyle0666: hmm well I would have to say the stand, tommyknockers and needful things!! are my favorite!! ANYTHING CLASSIC srbiddy09: Without a doubt, the worst Stephen King movie has to be Ishtar. I don't what he was thinking when he wrote that, but I'm glad that most people have forgotten about it. peppyjoedoe: one of the best stephen king movies ever is "The Stand".... of course it is older now but with the CGI they use now..it would be a fantastic remake srbiddy09: I'm sorry, I misread. I thought this forum was about Stephen King's books, but I just re-read the title of the forum and realized that I was wrong. Honestly, I have not read any books by Stethen King. Is he any good? Angry Beaver: Apparently there's a series being made of The Stand: https://variety.com/2019/tv/news/stephen-king-stand-series-order-cbs-1203123968/ (Edited by Angry Beaver) cofr828: Not the best but my favourite is Salem's Lot. I saw it when I was about 8 or 9 years old. The vampire children really freaked me out😱. I watch it every couple of years. Gandhigirl: Delores Claiborne and Dead zone. Huge fan of Cathy Bates and Christopher Walken. Not your typical King films | Movies Chat Room Similar Conversations |
