jg53aol: I made that list last year because i was trying to list all the acts and only got to about 120,
so I decided to do some research by looking at top classic rock song lists radio stations put out
that helped my memory, as i know all these bands from their hit songs

and i was able to assemble this list of 346 classic rock acts

add more blues artists
i saw i didn't have dream theater, i think i let them off intentionally even though i saw them once in concert, i should add them

but basically the first part of the list, if you notice i divided into 3 section,
the first part are all groups that were on the Q1043 top 1043 classic rock songs list, from maybe a few years ago.

the 2nd part was added from a satellite radio list of acts not on the first list

the 3rd part i added from my own brain
