Because of how talented they're, and that some of their songs are god like. struanrobertson02: Beatles aren't only legendary. But they made a good amount of other bands legendary. Think about it struanrobertson02: After gaining more experience on Rock Music. I'd have to say that Pink Floyd are the best band ever, well, if not, then in my opinion. Reason is They were so progressive, their lyrics are profound and they were so meaningful, as well, Floyd was very very creative and their astonishing emotion, and at times can be overwhelming, it swells so well. Pure genius. Also to mention that they have to be the band that is the best at songwriting. I mean c'mon, Dogs, Interstellar Overdrive, Comfortably Numb, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Wish You Were Here and Echoes. Absolutely terrific masterpieces, these songs are. Their guitar skills are so unmatched and they have 4 to 5 albums that can be rightly placed in a 200 greatest albums of all time list.
