Are u Canadian??? Then we need u!!! nadine1986: Are u an english or french speaking Canadian??? May be both?? What is your personal (just personal!!!!!) attitude to each other??? Do u hate them, or do u like them, or u really dont care!!!??? Please, try to be honest!!! It's just for me to know!!! I dont need the bookish answers, I already have them, but just your own opinions about that!!!!Pleeeeeaaaaaseee!!!!! wanderalot: I am an anglophone Canadian. I have travelled quite a bit in Québec, and through experience, I have found that 90% of the francophones will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. And the other 10% are pleasantly surprised when they find out je peux me faire comprendre en français. Few people in my part of Canada speak French, but that doesn't mean that they are antagonistic toward Québec. For the most part, everyone here doesn't think any more or less of Québec than they do about Saskatchewan. It's just another province in the country. Darkk: I'm french canadian but speak perfect english and english canadians in Montreal like the french people but from what i've seen on tv there seems to be alot that hate Quebec. Didn't help that retarded politians tried with that seperate Quebec from rest of Canada crap but if they didn't notice the No side won. I'm a Quebecer and Canadian and damn proud of it! techno_hedonist: I am an English speaking Canadian. I have no particular feelings about French speaking Canadians. There really aren't that many in BC and certainly not in Vancouver. nickb2: i am a french canadian from quebec city! I lived in and around toronto for 16yrs and im 33. So I am 100% bi-lingual. Now, I think that the anglo-french fued is now a thing of the past, but i do have a pretty sorry experience to talk about. When I was 25 I was speaking english in a bar in quebec city and got the crap kicked put of me by 3 other dudes just for speaking english and guess what, I was born down the street form the bar. Lol. had a black eye for speaking a language. wierd eh? Thx for reading and have fun out there! terrero1: creo que el mejor idioma es el español dejense de tarugadas, de que si el frances o el ingles es el mejor, lo mejor de todo es que forman una muy bonita nacion saludos desde mexico...regards corydonguy: anglo canadian from Wpg,have never had trouble in Quebec or any where else in the world.u usually get wht u give J_sisu13: Im an anglophone from Ontario, ive never had a problem with Francophones at all. I love the province of Quebec, and although my french is rustier than a 900 year old gate, it is a place that i absolutely adore visiting PTBO52: I have travelled thru Quebec lots of times and love the old buildings. I don't speak French but that never seemed to be a problem. I think the people that do have trouble would have it in any province. Wylde1: I'm a spanish speaking who just happened to be raised here from way back when...and no matter how cold winter is..and whether you speak french, english or any other lingo...its all good..cause you're here...and not many countries can say what Canadians can...and that is "Canadians are the coolest, cause we just are..." Retum: Hi There, I'm from Southern Ontario and have traveled many times though Quebec. Loved it and had no trouble. Funny if you're not looking for it, it usually doesn't come to you. CoCo: I am proud to speak English and French even if sometimes i mix both together in the same sentence! LOL i guess thats the beauty of being a french canadian in Ontario!!! Rêveuse: I speak French and English fluently. I have no problem with the English speaking people although they do give us a hardtime sometimes.. But hey... it's all part of life! Je suis Franco-Ontarienne et fière de l'être! | places Chat Room
