Canada is a good country, but we get tax way too much compared to the U.S for instance I know I have relatives in the states and they complain about the price of gas. $2.10 or around there for a gallon, but when compared to us it's like a $1.00 a litre. I would accept the U.S rate any day! Plus that's why us Canadians like going cross border shopping cause it's cheaper now with the strong Canadian dollar and all. Pretty soon HST is going to come into effect in Ontario and things which were exempted are not going to be any more.
