best hockey player Ovechkin: the best hockey player in the world is definteley Alexander Ovechkin he rules he is awesome oh and to all u pittsburgh fans crosby sucks Matt_K: ovechkin is good no doubt about it, but crosby is better... if it weren't for his injury he would be winning the scoring btw my fav player is scott neidermayer SeanL85: Yea Crosby sucks, too bad hes 7-0 in the playoffs, 1 point behind his buddy MAAALKIN for league lead in scoring, almost averaging 2 points per game and a couple weeks away from holding the stanley cup. wheres ovechkin? oh yea hes playing golf acadian2: Hi everybody I,m new here, but when it come down 2 hockey I,m old, don't want to shoot some breeze, but the best hockey player i ever saw was Mario Lemieux. I suppose you are going to say, sure he like's Mario because he comes from the same province Québec, Canada. But i have to say that the most exciting player today is Alexander Ovechkin, what a showman, the difference between him and Mario is that he loves to hit people, and what a determination. The people out in Washington are very lucky to watch this man play the greatest game ever. Take care. theprairiedogman: ovechkin #1 since now that joe sakic may be leaving ovechkin will be the best. Crosby is just doing crappy.GO OVECHKIN!!!!! dylan_dylan_dylan: Best player I ever saw: Pavel Bure. No one could stick handle at top speed like the Russian Rocket. Best player in the game today: while it's hard to argue with Lidstrom's huge trophy case, he's just not that exciting to watch. Ovechkin is a beauty to watch; he does it all. Scores highlight reel goals, makes his teammates better, loves the game, and he hits and has a bit of a mean streak (he's competitive!) While Crosby is a great player, he's too polished with the media, he seems to think he's owed something rather than wanting to work for it, and why is a guy making $9 million a year living in the team owner's house? Alicia ♥: Vincent Lecavalier i've been ã fan for 7 years now ill be with him till the end... since I first started watching him play he's really grew into an amazing player I love him MrAntiSocial: Luc Bourdon had exceptional skills as a two way player, and I think he would of been the player to watch as his skills progressed. There is no denying Crosby's skill, but Ovechkin took the Lester B and Hart trophy this year. hockeygurl1212: Vincnt Lacallvier and Jerome Iginla.... Iginla is a competitive player but also shows great dignity and respect to all players. He showed this when they played Vancouver and he made his team come back on the ice to salute Linden who as well is a great. Lacalvier does so much for the children of his area. He went and built a hospital for kids with cancer and a blood donnor clinic. Petey: Dion Phaneuf... best defenceman Vinny Lecalvier... best forward Roberto Luongo... best goalie Toronto Maple Leafs ...... Best Franchise Ever Geisha16: If we're talking all time, no doubt about it - Mark Messier. There is no greater all round player to have laced up a pair of skates. wretched34: I think everyone has forgotten the greatest of all time, LOL. Theoren Fleury! there was an amazing offensive player, he could score from anywhere and despite his size threw big hits and never coward from a fight. as for today, Ovechkin and Iginla. again, high scoring, big strong forward. both are incredibly fun to watch on the ice. JessicaStaal87: I am a Pittsburgh fan but Crosby sucks and whines too much Malkin is definately the best toofarout1: Geno!!!! Ovechkin is a great player, but he's got to win the BIG ONE. He ain't going to do that soon I believe. In my book Malkin is only going to get bigger and better defensively and offensively thus making him top notch. explorer001: Mario Lemieux was a great player but because of him, the sissy "obstruction" rule is now in place and the canadian game is going down hill because of it, euopeans are now the best hockey players in the world forwards or defence. THE BEST player(goalie) in the world is Marty the man Martin Brodeur... | Sports Chat Room 1 Person Chatting Similar Conversations |
