 davie1956: I visited Oz last year , and would advise anybody to visit there. It's a great country. I hope to to go back in 2012.  retaxis: No one comes to Adelaide when they go to Australia. Its the capital city of South Australia and we have like....yeah i see why no one comes to Adelaide.  SpringRose: Yes Australia is a great country,as well as its people.am planning for a trip to Australia.who wants to send greetings to friends and relatives?   zookeepers: OZ is a great place. I went there in 1996. I rented an RV and started my trip just south of Sidney. Drove down to Royal National park and then along the coastal road until Melbourne. Crossed over to Tasmania on the 'Spirit'. Went back to Melbourne, then to Adelaide and up the center highway to Uluru (Ayers Rock), then on up to Alice Springs(where I hot air ballooned). Left Alice Springs and went to Darwin. Left Darwin and went on to Cairns. Did the Great Barrier reef from Port Douglas and headed south. Got tired of the highway and headed inland where I toured 7 waterfalls, then down to Liverpool and across to Sidney. Back home to Canada. What I didn't like about OZ - round abouts, dead animals on center highway, feral cats.
