We were attacked by a Rottweiler and the rotties leash got wrapped around my legs and I fell down. I couldn't get to the knife I had that hung from the leash so all I could do was roll over on top of SIssy to keep her safe. This knife will come out of its sheath with the push of a thumb. Aliasdaveagain: I should add to my post up there that I would really really hate to hurt or kill another animal but once you've been attacked and had to protect yourself and your beloved animal you look at it a little differently. I would certainly not want to kill someones pet pal but my dog and my own personal safety will come first. Specially my little Sicily.
