Has some good reviews on Goodreads.  MitchW632: I'm reading the following eBook: American Republics: A Continental History of the United States, 1783-1850. It's about the US killing of the Indians and how the US handled slavery. I am also listening to the audiobook, American Ulysses: A Life of Ulysses S. Grant. That one is a fascinating book on the full details of the life of President Grant, the general who ended slavery and tried to get full civil rights for blacks in America.
