Each mini missle would be design to seek out any "hostile" (human) for over 3 miles, and the weapon system would be computerized and mounted on a nuclear powered ramjet (the size of a shuttle) that would indefinitly fly around 50 feet above the ground at mach 3 leaking radiation everywere it goes, this system would be made of Titanium and would be able to fly around for hundreds of years after the minigun ran out of ammo slowly leaking deadly radiation all over the earth as it flew everywere without any purpose until it crashed and expoled in a thermo-nuclear expolsion when it malfunction. Now imagine hundreds or thousands of these.. this is my favorite. Seriously, I read that in Queen Elizabeth's time, English and American accents sounded like those used in the lord of the ring movies for the hobbits.
