LaurieDIA: If its due to circumstances to an already proven relationship I am sure it can work out but otherwise why would anyone do this? It is just asking too much of someone to be so far apart so long harboring romantic thoughts,

flamingred: I think some people like the long distance relationships, for them it might be simpler to have that kind of relationship without the hassles of an actual, flesh on flesh relationship they maybe feel safer ??? I dont know

Motati: As we get older we tend to love our spaces and set in our ways of doing things. So accommodating a person in your space is actually a huge step. It is however doable, but it has to me somebody very special.

Kezzy_: I personally have been in a long distance relationship and we never had the opportunity to meet yet. But yes they are real and serious but can be very difficult. Trust and communication are very important in any relationship really.

flamingred: i like the one i am in, we both are quite independent but are very comfortable whether we are just talking about everyday things or more serious topics, and having good sexual chemistry
also is a very important part, being able to use imagination, words, and feelings to transcend the distance , a challenge but very effective and of course u need trust and/or an agreement
