Think of it this way, what if the lady had been through breast cancer and a mastectomy, does that make her any less of a woman?? My late wifes sisters 3 of the 4 have had double mastectomies and I don't think it detracts from their femininity at all. Matter of fact I'm glad they caught the cancer in time to save their lives. My wife wasn't so lucky, with Ovarian cancer. But guys who only look at a womans breasts and don't look within the chest are pretty shallow.
