Then go to options, then network settings, and then go to manual proxy config, enter your country proxy ip and change the port number to 80. Now you get back on wireclub.com change your location their auto ip detection should pick up the change and it should change your country to the one you want. Then just go back to options and go back to auto detect. No need for mods to do it for you.
