Fog Swept Glade: The Bavarian Mengele family were very well to do and owned a factory that Adolf Hitler personally visited. Josef Mengele had an interest in music art and skiing. He decided on doctorhood over following his family into farm work and the like. Mengele studied medical in Munich under the rule of Hitler, and learned for a man named Dr. Otto Freiherr von verschuer, a state eugenicist with an interest in cleft lips. Mengele, in that time, had written on racial impacts of the lower jaw. Mengele was doing eugenics in Poland to find out if hereditary traits or the sort would allow for Pole‘s to be German nationals. Mengele joined the Waffen schutzstaffel (SS), an elite group of sixth generation Germans that took a blood tattoo to display purity. Mengele allegedly decided not to take this tattoo when he was a part of the group. Mengele, who took on the role of a soldier was awarded an iron cross for valiantly saving men from burning tanks. He was injured in Rastov, commended, and promoted to Captain. He was located to Auschwitz- Birkenau camp, by the doctor, and was made a medical officer of Birkenau. Mengele was concerned with reproduction & wondered why some people didn‘t bare as many children as others. He had a desire to make twins. He wanted perfect Germans to replace the lost men of such a great war. Mengele‘s experimentation was the most hideous thing some people have ever read about or experienced. He would sew or bind people together in an unsanitary way, inject dye in twin‘s eyes, or cause gangrene with painful clamps. He was awarded a war merit cross. He personally managed an infirmary where inmates were shot. Soviets liberated to Auschwitz-Birkenau internment centers & J. Mengele was transferred to Gross-Rossen after Soviets liberatet the camps in Winter 45.

Fog Swept Glade: Mengele was arrested two times by American forces for his job, supposedly, in an American camp, & not having a blood tattoo got him freed. Mengele changed his name. Mengele‘s wife was telling people of ‘the death of her husband.‘ The doctor
knew that he would flee to South America. He took his leave on April 17th 49. He was going to Genoa, Italy. Mengele did not know that he was listed as high ranking government employee. Mengele was able to meet other exiles in Argentina. There he took up carpentry & agricultural machinery. Mengele got a passport in his real name. They wanted to go to Europe. In some time Mengele was arrested for performing an abortion that resulted in the death of the payer. He was one of many doctors that got arrested. A German descended man came to power in Paraguay, & Mengele wanted their unrevokable citizenship. He obtained it. Mossad, a group of Israeli hit men were searching for Eichman, & others in the network of ‘exiled‘ Germans. Mossad had extended their warrant to Brazil where Mengele was said to be staying with a couple that grew tired of his constant complaining. He moved to the poor side of Sao Palo in El dorado in 71. He had changed his name at least five times since 1945. He made great friends in Sao Palo. Dr. Mengele was said to have had a
heart attack while swimming.
