Why did you come on to WireClub? (Page 4) Corwin: I kid around a lot on here... but all kidding aside for a moment... ... I came here mainly to make a few friends and engage in some pointless banter, some fun goofing around, and occasionally even some intelligent discussion. I'm just a happily married guy, who loves life, and loves what I do for a living... but Wireclub has filled a certain need for social interaction... the kind of free exchange that you don't always find out in the real world... and I was surprised at how many good people I have connected with here. But I fear that those like myself are a minority here on Wire. I see so many creepy people lurking about... you see guys with porno-mustaches and "predator" sounding names... like 62 year old divorcees with their friend-list littered with underage girls. But I suppose that guys like that could feel that it is me who is the crazy one... and to them, using a site like this to stalk young women is probably the most normal and sane thing in the world. I try not to let that bother me... and I refuse to let these kind of creeps make me lose faith in Humanity. I will continue to believe that it is people like me who are the sane ones, and NOT the other way around... even if I do seem to be in the minority. (Edited by Corwin) Farrah_: lol, first I found you talk seriously. even his name sounds predator. I'm here cause I'm bored and enjoyed the atmosphere. jennebraska: I came here for all the entertaining pick up lines. So when they ask if you are from Tenesse, answer back, Why yes thank you I am a TEN! Corwin: There is no exit-door here on Wire. It's like the Hotel California... you can check out any time you like... but you can never leave. We are all Rod's slaves... you'll just have to come to grips with it. DawnGurl: Im here for a few laughs and make a few friends. Corvin realizes that we all have been subjected to faint but powerful cosmic rays which compel us to return to Wirclub. winterli: i come here bcz i like english, i wanna make friends here,so that i can improve my english ,someone who likes learn chinese please add me ,ps:no sex talk, tks Corwin: We do have things called "telephones"... I know, it's an archaic form of communication... but I've heard good things. Corwin: I saw one in a museum once... next to a wax figure of a paleolithic cave-man chipping away at a hunk of rock in the form of a CD player. chorizoIZbak: hey..don't forget about walkmans..if anyone remembers those..I do..maybe I still have one in my trunk closet. |
