A holistic strategy outlook for those seeking to have a coordinated relation
between the best ethos of thought w/the best ethos for actions. How
each of either the body or mind compliments and reinforces the
other to have that balance w/their affects being determinative.

Imbalance/dysfunction of either body/mind leads to the abuse of
the other. Classic examples of such, the CTE-injuries of pro/college
football players; PTSD of those in combat arms and those under acute and chronic emotional stress-victimsof (self-)abuse/crime.

Cultural mores/Social institutions have the most insidious/invisible contributory impact on imbalances/dysfunctions on mind/body pathologies. That places the burden on the mind to analyze/deconstruct the thinking that triggers our body responses.

Instead of the mind being a 'dopamine-craved enabler' from following external presumptions of license/indulgence, It acts as the mentoring investigator and mentor for the prospective actions of the body-'the good shepherd'.

As Rousseau said, “Man is born free but everywhere he is found in chains.”.
Those "chains" are the mental shackles of the de facto subservience we've
defaulted to our agency to tangible/intangible powers and principalities
in naive, presumptive, self-negating trust.
