Wonderbunny: Has anyone noticed that "anything" is a sub forum of food but people are starting conversations that have nothing to do with food.

Well I'd like to start one about healthy food.

What's your favourite recipe using fresh ingredients that's healthy but tasty?

Green salad, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, grinded whole wheat, Virgin Olive oil, salt and youghurt. Ummm yumme yumme. :-)

Bloomflower4: Tks for ur comment Wonderbunny. Bulgur wheat is a cereal food made from the groat of several different wheat especies. Ours is made from one especie.only. Called Grinded whole-wheat.
