Vegetarians/Vegans (Page 7) Angry Beaver: cindy_stratton1997: I'm down for hookup and I charge Male only No long talks if you slide into my dm <------------- Isn't that soliciting? prof351: I'm Pescatarian, have been for around 12-15 years. I probably eat fish twice a month. The change in my fitness compared to my meat eating days (yes I know fish is meat) has been great! At 6'2" I weighed 240# during my eat anything days, now I'm 197# feel great and loving life. As for the people on here complaining about vegetarians, just chill out a bit.... Ok? Earth Incarnate: I'm curious how many wireclub member's follow Dr. Sebi's nutritional guide (if any) Sailor_Mercury: I think being vegetarian often brings at least one person out of the woodwork that thinks it's his job to lecture you on how you're not getting enough protein or whatever. Sometimes this person will crack jokes about whether or not your mixed drink is vegetarian or not and the way they'll carry on with themselves it's apparent they think of themselves as very clever. Excluding that guy, the experience of being vegetarian is pretty easy. Most people I've found are accommodating or try to be anyway. prof351: Sailor_Mercury I think you are spot on. Usually those people making those kinds of comments are not the prettiest people on the planet.... both intellectually and physically. (Post deleted by joshiemalehomemaker ) g A b r i e l l A: I've been transitioning to veganism for about 2 years now and I not only learned about animal cruelty but how to take care of my environment, so I'm very happy I changed. I grew up in a place where meat is in every plate and it's in traditional food, so it wasn't an easy choice. I think there's a few different kinds of vegans, the ones that do it ONLY for their benefit (healthier for their bodies) and the ones that were motivated by animal cruelty, industrial farms and all that. My motivation was seeing the suffering from those animals, and then I even learned to eat better, more variety and other meals and vitamins in foods that I wasn't even paying attention when I was a meat eater, the key is being a healthy vegan and eat a little of everything, keeping a consistency. I've seen more unhealthy meat eaters than vegans so far. I studied nutritionism and now health coaching so I know what I'm doing. In regards to others and what they say, specifically what you heard from that disrespectful dumbass, there's lot if those, you'll need to ignore them or tell them to eat a bag of d. That's my advice, lol. The giant midget: Nothing wrong with being a vegetarian or vegan its been happening for millions of years but now is more mainstream Way back then the strong and brave would hunt and fish The lazy and weak folks couldn't to it ,so the started eat greens fruits and vegetables, otherwise they would starve Eh Lindoverao: when you really know your purpose, you don't really care what others say ... you can even give us some clarifications. all of this is lack of knowledge ... let's help tigermp125: thanks money is issue in nyc for me, cheap and healthy, tap water only bottled to expensise ,,, craig_rodgers_09: Go take some meat off a chimp a push your vegan bollocks on it see how well you do every living thing is food to something | Food Chat Room Similar Conversations |
