Salads....do U think variety helps!! rainmage: Salads have been one of my favorite pre-maincourse meals! They are not only refreshing and colorful but healthy in every way. Try them on Sundays with ur favorite additions of either cottage cheese or even baked prawns and mushrooms and u've had ur day!! wat say.. rainmage: Try a combination neatly sliced fruits with some green veggies....u can add diced cheese or baked fish if u like ( make sure u saute it in olive oil for it being the lighter one)...! salt n pepper not be missed and added according to ur taste palate! | Food Chat Room Similar Conversations |
