carson: NO I DONT I LET CAROL COOK FOR ME

haroldguillen: noodles with cashews, and some broccoli and fish, good and nutritious. someone told me that noodles have high sodium, so I suggested add some broccoli, let some of that sodium spread to the vegetables, onions carrots and make it nutritious while keeping it delicious

when i'm lazy...i'll just make a sandwich and be done with eating....
