Nasty Boy: It's a Canadian invention and it's really tasty. You should try it. I grew up on mooserburgers, and moose pasta bolognese, and moose meat balls, and moose steak, and moose et cetera.

In a large pot, place meat, carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, and bay leaf, and add beef stock and wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes. Mix flour and melted butter in a small bowl and add to stew to thicken.

Tpyo: I guess I'd love experimenting with foods more recently sauces on my steaks like I'll start with mustard cream and wine or in a just make up these crazy random sauces especially mushroom anything to do with mushrooms that I I guess I'm anything from beef Stroganoff to chicken carbonara like to break things up I love cooking and I hate fast food
