Wonderbunny: He entered the hallway but saw nobody there.

lummox: Just drag marks in the thick layers of dust, leading to a door under the stairs.

Wonderbunny: He took off his shoes and tiptoed down the hall.

Wonderbunny: He stood rooted to the spot, mesmerised by its 3 pairs of ungoggled eyes and its sinuous dance.

Wonderbunny: The sound came from a room to the right further down the hallway.

Wonderbunny: A large television screen showed an image of a devastated redwood forest and in the bottom right hand corner of the screen in luminous green was the tally 1000.

Wonderbunny: That sound grated on his nerves, so he lifted the needle and placed it on its rest.

Wonderbunny: "Look Out, There's a Monster Coming" by the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band.

Wonderbunny: Hearing footsteps coming down the stairs, he dived under a table, conveniently draped with a heavy floor length cloth.

lummox: Judging by the shoes, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, entered 👠👠

Wonderbunny: It wasn't her of course but the shoes were identical.

Wonderbunny: "The rector's house must have had a secret past," mused the wizard, "Ghosts never stray from familiar territory."

Skeptical1: Then he cried endlessly as in vain he tried to think of that secret past.

Wonderbunny: "Help me out here" he pleaded to no one in particular.

Skeptical1: And all he got was a dead silence.

Wonderbunny: He wasn't used to that.

Skeptical1: Then suddenly came an explosion.

Wonderbunny: The wall in front of him fell apart revealing a previously hidden room.
