Please Allow for Private Poker Tables

ClassicCarGuy
ClassicCarGuy: We really need private poker tables so that good friends can play a game of poker without the idiots showing up and ruining the bidding. Also those that will call out what they have in their hand too.

Hope that this can happen sometime this year. Similar to Wordy where you can decide who you play - poker should have that option too.

buck01100011: i usually play leopard table and almost always bet 12 chips pre flop, unless i fold. without saying any names i have heard people grumbling about me betting 12 pre-flop. i look at it like this.... why sit at a table and never bet and have 12 or 16 chips in the pot if nobody ever raises. isnt poker about betting?? Just yesterday one guy came in there and was betting crazy all in most of the times, i took all his chips and before he left he made sure to tell me to fuck off. i was only calling HIS high bets and he gets mad about me taking all his chips?? Back to CCG's point, i think private poker rooms would be really boring and lose the point of poker..... betting

OhNo JAGS IsHere: I think it would be fun playing poker with just the ppl u want to and not the crazy ppl that ruin the fun..too much harassing going on that I have seen so far and yes I can mute the room but that is no fun cause u can’t chat with the other ppl.. just my opinion

buck01100011: good point jags, some of the people betting this way(all in all the time) do get annoying but i tend to pick and choose battles more cautiously when they appear in the rooms.

ClassicCarGuy: Yes, we can always fold and wait them out too. I am not against the 12 or even 28 pre-flop bids. I am just saying that some of us do not have a lot of money to buy chips and we would like to enjoy a more casual game. That might be boring to you but for us its more fun than the bidding that occurs. I doubt that anyone would bid that way with their real money.
