Tat2Saint: I find if you lay flat on your back put both hand just under your sternum on top of each other and breathe deep and exhale slowly it helps a ton. Your doctor should have breathing excercises to do it will truly help in "panic" times!! Cheers
XOSWEETPINKRAPTUREXO: I feel for you girl.(((Hugs))) The best advice i could give you is when you notice a problem don't wait for it to be solved on your own.Take action ASAP! From my own experience, the more you wait it can get worse.I suffer with Major depressive disorder and anxiety.I am on meds.Btw, does anyone take Wellbutrin? blondbigdds: I also suffer from very very bad anxiety and panick attacks i get it so bad that my heart rate goes up and i feel like passing out naucious and a feeling of doom as if im going to die, i went to see a good psychiatrist and see put me on cilift i have never felt so good and it helps no more panic or anxiety!
yuppie_pumpkin23: oh god i dont know where else to go.. im a 16 year old girl, and i have the worst anxiety problem in the worldddd! im sorta a musician too. you see, a few weeks ago i was asked to play at this concert with a quite well-known musician. i was sooooo freaked out. i've played in so many concerts and done so many competitions before, and i've always been nervous, cant eat, cant sleep, etc . .but this was different. it was out of my imagination. and even 1 week away from the concert i was so nervous i couldnt eat anything and had these panic attacks anyway, i went through with the concert thanks to my mum who wouldnt let me quit. i was sooo nervous and alost puked when i was up on stage. i've had this anxiety problem since like FOEREVER? i remember when i was 7 i used to get really nervous for no reason. its just gotten worst im going back to school on monday, and im already feeling sick :& what should i doooo? T_____T
Queenie The Poo: yuppie_pumpkin23: I have had anxiety since a very young age too. It's not for everyone but medication can help in a big way. If you are not keen on taking tablets you can see a counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc or even your local doctor can help. It's really helpful to talk to someone. Good luck
yuppie_pumpkin23: i know i've been thinking about taking medication and seeing someone about this, but im too scared to tell my parents i feel so pathetic..just a few days ago i found myself googling fast and least painful ways for suicide. not that i'd ever try it, but still :/ thanks anyway queensicle :'

I hope medication works .. Try meditation breathing and remove yourself out of the situation when it gets bad ..music is good too . Know how you feel always been sensetive and a nervous girl .when I was little I had migrane spasams in my stomach. Take day by day .. Beach is theraputic ..take care peace and love
