Anxiety (Page 5)
Klaeidoscopes Ghetto: Have you ever been just siting and all of a sudden "the best word I can give" is feel as though you have fallen sideways and think in these few second :maybe seizure" or maybe "my time to go".. The fear makes you run and the further you can run from the people whom think they are helping you the better... No paper bags in my face...no talking to me in a time that I feel I have lost total control of really my mind. I thought I was stoking once..Stoking as in having a stoke... The fear is PTSD....It is a unknown fear ..brought back into your frontal lobe area of the brain .Where as before it sat and just sauteed in the subconscious area until it was needed... Never needed but the body works with what it's born with or taught or who knows. PTSD is not just for the war people.. We have wars bigger and greater in our own homes..Thinking this is normal...No one said different >"Post Traumatic Stress Disorder creates >Panic, anxiety, depression, ..do you wonder why people have split personalities.. What else can a mind do with something that is do able... Bi polar yes some can be born and a lot can be mad far worse...more so if we would let one talk about the indifference in our lives;/this world we could rid many of all the above...When we know we are not alone...That is most the problem taken care of... Don't hide because your afraid of what others think... Let them think all they want..Apparently their brain won't let them go to far and that is called DENIAL>>> yet in 20 more years or so ...this will be as easy to understand as a cold...Only if we speak out...
I don't want to cause anxiety but...
"Have you ever been just siting and all of a sudden...you have fallen sideways and think in these few second :maybe seizure" or maybe "my time to go"..I thought I was stoking once..Stoking as in having a stoke... The fear is ...."
...is a fair description of the effects of the ' draughts ' around the place. They can numb a leg or an arm while you are walking till it just locks up completely. Or your back so that you are bent double when you stagger up from the chair.
You don't feel it coming on, just a little sleepy feeling maybe and the winds around you but most often nothing till over you go with a locked up leg. And of course what ever has targeted you has n't stoped so you have to keep moving.
wyoung: A good thing for anxiety is to have a benzo, klonopin or ativan etc,and also use nuerontinin.I think i spelled it wrong, but neurontin alone sucks, however when added to a benzo like klonopin they work togther and really conguer some serious anxiety.
Klaeidoscopes Ghetto: no r u making fun of me as it has been extremely hard since 14 years old and now 48... yes stroke I thought maybe I would end up in a nursing home drooling on my pillow not being able to hug my sons... death was obvious often.... I back from those whom shove shit in my face...like paper bags... inhale/exhale...get away flight for fight not flight or fight enough
I think the draughts stop the blood flow, leaving the muscles unable to move.
I think some people also have a condition which causes the blood not to flow to all the body when they have a cold or pneumonia, changes in the air temp often caused by daughts activate this two part system which has the same effect as above.
I am sure other things also do it, it seems to be a basic result from several possible causes.
Klaeidoscopes Ghetto: NOT ONLY IS MY BACK GONE BUT SERIOUSLY I WALK ABOUT 6 BLOCKS AND MY LRGS LOOSE ALL BLOOD AND BUMPS COME OUT AND THEY PULSATE AND IT HURTS SO BAD I AM STUCK WHEREVER I,M AT BECAUSE OF THIS U THINK THERE IS ANANSWER DOCS DON'T TY
Klaeidoscopes Ghetto: I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN MY HOME FOR 6 YEARS I AM ONLY 48 MAYBE OLD TO U BUT NOT ME LOL
I know some people have anxiety disorder and that can be a hard nut to crack. However, for people with mild anxiety when going out / eating in public, among others, I would like to remind you that as human beings, we all have feelings. Now, the key word is 'have'. We have feelings, but we aren't what our feelings are telling us. Someone may feel ugly, but he/she may not be ugly. It is key to let our feelings pass; sometimes we cannot control our thoughts or feelings. Don't resist your feelings, but don't act on it, don't believe that you are what your feelings are telling you. You may feel that you look hideous when eating in public, but you are not ugly when eating in public. You may feel that you need to stop eating in public because of that, but never act on it. Continue eating in public. It is possible to overcome anxiety by changing your mind about it, by conditioning yourself to get used to uncomfortable moments, by putting yourself out of your 'comfort zone' on a regular basis.
The human mind is complicated, the solutions aren't as straightforward as we'd like, but if you muster up enough courage to take the first step to healing, man, you're on your way to emotional freedom!
Klaeidoscopes Ghetto: I hear you on the "mind Fucks' AND have spent years using logic but the panic disorder I was diagnosed with 30 plus years ago has a little ptsd and some low self esteem and some others but the great fear I get out of no where a fear only God can explain is I believe physical.. Many different reasons for this disorder and if I could save one child from going through "Afraid of dying but not knowing how to live" It will be worth some of the terrors I have experienced,, I've been told I must of been abducted by aliens from doctors putting me the works trying to find a tumor or whatever. Although I still am believing that the panic and the seizure coincide..That is why the anti seizure/anti anxiety medicine klonopin has really saved my life... With all of the bove
Queenie The Poo: You're very welcome. Fortunately I am in a good place right now but it doesn't mean I will ever forget the awfulness of those dark, dark places.
