Dance Ladydoall: I teach and perform in dance , it has become my living and life style . For the many women who have taken our classes for health reasons , improvement or to increase their skills . All have found a continuation of growth ,freedom of expression and improvement in one's self being. So please when you do see performance know that behind the person you see is a lot of dedication , hard work , long hours , very little to no pay to give you a performance in the art forums you happen to be watching .
