Live_By_Common_Sense: Whenever I work out, it seems like I am not getting any gains. It feels like I am stuck at the same level or I have to push less weight for to get a good rep.

Live_By_Common_Sense: I have been working out for 7 months at 24 hours, and I been working out constantly since November 2017. I been working out 4 times every week, and till March 2018 till now I been working out 4 time every other week. I did all my muscle groups. I take no creatine or any supplements. I am pretty sure my form is correct whenever I workout, but not too sure if I am doing every of my body part the right form. I work out at least more than an hour each day.
