Killing Them Softly Ka0tic: Jackie Cogan is an enforcer hired to restore order after three dumb guys rob a Mob protected card game, causing the local criminal economy to collapse. Stars: Brad Pitt, Ray Liotta, Richard Jenkins,James Gandolfini and Ben Mendelsohn Director: Andrew Dominik A good movie to watch, rather violent, but thats to be expected from a mob movie,7/10 from me ~LoisLane~: I downloaded this one but havent watched it yet. Havent seen Gandolfini in a while. Isnt this like the 3rd movie him and Brad Pitt have been in together. Looks good. ~LoisLane~: I agree, it was totally low key eh. I saw maybe 2 commercials for it and then it was gone. I know good cast. Ka0tic: Well in my opinion you heard wrong lol Everyone has different taste though, would be a boring world if we didnt. Ka0tic: Nah he plays his part, but the spotlight is shared around.. Maybe you heard about a different movie eh astridarris: Well if I get a chance to check it out I will and give You a siskel and ebert rating. Have a fun day All! ~LoisLane~: I watched this movie the other night. I understand why some didnt like it. It was a lot of dialogue. To me if the dialogue is good and interesting (True Romance : Christopher Walken & Dennis Hopper scene as an example) then it doesnt matter how long it is. I felt that there was a lot of talking about nothing. Cast was good too. I actually didnt mind this movie hubby on the other hand thought it sucked. Im not a big Brad Pitt fan either but that wouldnt stop me from watching one of his movies I cant stand Nicolas Cage but his movies are not bad. Personally I think they wasted James Gandolfini's character. (imo) This one I think is going to be an acquired taste. Take a looksie at it and then decide. I like all types of movies so I am a little more slack on the like/hate thing sometimes. ps I think I can wait for the Hobbit too. I know I will enjoy it but I am in no hurry to see it. (didnt we see all that in Lord Of The Rings haha) (Edited by ~LoisLane~) | Movies Chat Room Similar Conversations |
