Would you rather go to prison or church? (Page 15)

Nasty Boy
Nasty Boy: I've experienced what the psych called micro-psychotic episodes. They're brief psychotic episodes where I believe things are happening that aren't. At least, that's the theory anyway. I don't believe that what I experienced was truly a form of psychosis.

During these supposed psychotic moments I would think that I was being spied on by undercover cops, that there were hidden cameras in the light fixtures and that my phone was being tapped, but these were more suspicious thoughts than genuine psychotic delusions. I can't be sure they weren't real.

I've had reason to think the cops might've been watching me, but I don't really think they were. I think I was just being a little paranoid.

Nasty Boy
Nasty Boy: I rarely experience paranoia.

I'm always cautious of other people, but not to the point of paranoia. Paranoia is fear-based. I don't feel any fear when dealing with other people. If anything, at times I'm too careless and it may appear as though I'm inviting danger, but I can read most people fairly well, so I can usually tell who I can be somewhat careless with and who I can't.

TheCovenant: Speaking of Prison, my former Head of Psychiatry, Dr Cohen of WS, was the ultimate pimp cock block. Everytime I would sit across from my future wife at meal time, he would shake me up (evil janitor, look up, grind it up). In the end he just discharged me after giving me the giggles. Wow, good to know what he was actually thinking about me. He looked my mother and father straight in the eye and said I would become a lawyer. What he didnt say was he was going to cock block me the entire way.
Still with us Heather?
That reminds me, I had better make an appointment with my shrink (hey its magic how do you make it smaller with just pills its salt). He really worries about me, you can tell it in his eyes every payday. I just wish he wouldn't look up and to the right everytime he lies to me, it drives me crazy.

TheCovenant:

Alek Minassian Has been found guilty on all 26 counts. On top of that the Judge dug into him on her Judgment. She said he was a publicity hound, this despite the fact that it was Det. Rob Thomas who released his interrogation recording to the public, thus poisoning the jury pool available to the defence. She further said that the interrogation was voluntary and truthful. What and where was Minassian's lawyer during the interrogation? How did the Judge know the interrogation was truthful? Maybe Minassian is just one of these guys that has a truthful way about him.
The Judge referred to Alek Minassian as John Doe throughout the Judgement, so she gave him two names Minassian and Doe. We can only assume that the Judge wanted to make it clear that A British man was responsible for this act and not an Armenian. For a guy who was planning this act for 3 weeks, I can only say that the fact that Minassian wasn't armed was a mitigating factor.
All these factors are grounds for appeal, but as we were taught in law school, a charge of murder has no defence. We will not see Minassian ever again, but for the Judge's indignation and self righteousness we would not have an appeal either.
Good work Justice Malley.

TheCovenant: if only we could get the same indignation for the three nova scotia criminals who supplied ammunition to the rcmp auxilary who killed 20 citizens. they are each facing 2years less a day and 5000$ fines. they should each be facing accessory to murder x 20. oh well at least we will get new gun control legislation so the rcmp will never do this again.

TheCovenant: Canadian news services have said that the two Michael s arrested in China are arrested under trumped up charges. Anybody who has been to Communist countries knows that they routinely use truth serums on people living in their states. Once the Michael s are put in trial the evidence obtained under truth serums will exculpate them and prove them innocent. This truth serums evidence will be what frees the two Michael s. I for one am looking forward to this judicial proceeding. The thought that Canada would use espionage in China is patently ludicrous.

TheCovenant: ATC for protection of life, for an individual to be in imminent danger and for police protection to be insufficient.

In Canada it's illegal to carry a weapon for the purpose of self-defense. And according to the Criminal Code, a weapon can be anything designed, used or intended to cause death or injury or even just to threaten or intimidate another person.(This is amusing as anything that can be used to cause injury means if you are carrying a tool , and you change your mind or come to the conclusion that it can be used to hurt someone, you immediately become liable to jail time)

From an reasonable persons objective standard they have a good case, from a statistics standard their position sucks and their word even more.

A death squad is an armed group whose primary activity is carrying out extrajudicial killings or forced disappearances as part of political repression, genocide, ethnic cleansing, or revolutionary terror.

TheCovenant: conviction rate of chinese courts 99%,

"In Canada, the national conviction rate is about 97%. This does not include cases in which the charges are dropped, which comprise about one-third of criminal cases. Absent Quebec, the province with the lowest conviction rate, the figure is 99%"

"In Japan, the criminal justice system has a conviction rate that exceeds 99%, including guilty plea cases. This has been attributed to low prosecutorial budgets impelling understaffed prosecutors to bring only the most obviously guilty defendants to trial."

TheCovenant: Law lesson 101 Canada new rules. Prostitution is now legal for whores but not johns. johns can still be prosecuted for solicitation.

So what if you talk to a whore and set the price and then fuck her, but then you change your mind about paying her. Is it still a crime, or just breach of contract, which is then void for illegality. Moral of the story promise her the world, fuck her and then walk away. a Win Win outcome.

Addendum, if she might be cop who wants to jump the gun, make sure you have no cash or cards on you when you agree to her proposition. Give me your card ma'am and I'll send you two identical Checks.

TheCovenant: The two Micheals, Canada would never arrest Chinese nationals who commit espionage in Canada. It is simply knot done this way knot for them or their children. The Chinese should not be allowed to arrest spies in their country. It is a violation of international law. Canada and its allies should form a coalition to make China bend to their will. Only then will China understand the true might of Democracy, whose power will break the Chinese courts. It would be a perversion of justice if Canada and the United States were required to disclose espionage documents under the Patriot Act. China should be held to the same standard.

That's really too bad. I'm sorry.
They're nice guys.

TheCovenant: I would like to talk about killing and the supreme court of canada. A quebecois man got his girlfriend pregnant and she told him she was getting an abortion. He filed an injunction with the courts (this was after morgentaler). A supreme court justice (one of the old bats) saw the importance of the case and fast tracked the case to the supreme court. time was of the essence, with all the intervenors and amicus curiae briefs it would take weeks to hear the arguments. The crown attorneys office (provincial and federal), the church, rights group, plaintiff and defence attorneys, all this would take time. normally it takes years to get to the supreme court.
the defendant talked to her lawyer, bought a plane ticket and got an abortion in the states.

sic semper tyrannus.

PS flipping through HOGG, constitutional law, he states, canada, usa and australia can now be effectively considered a unitary state. run far and away friends or the man will find you.

I looked, the Committee is all dead, there are non left, except my barber.

I learned how to fight with the komite. brown belt rules no strikes below the belt. Never trust the rules when fighting no matter how good looking she is or whether she is the bosses daughter. all the boys had to wear cups after wards. it may have been evil thing to do, but i forgot to watch her, so that next time she fights she will remember.
