Living in Texas (Page 3) OCD_OCD: Do you have a large garden, Harlett? Mom and Dad have one and Fish and Wildlife (I think) fly over and hover looking for pot farms. LOL You'll hear the helicopter sitting out there and Dad will say...."Guess they are counting tomatoes again".  Snowy_: I can't get the "everything is bigger in Texas" slogan out of my mind. "Don't flush Don't flush!" harlett anathema: i have 3 acres....no garden because the dang ground is full of rocks..seriously full of rocks..  ... i am container gardening.........had the dang squirrels eat all of my strawberries....not this year.. i am planting in rolling containers and bringing them in at night... (Edited by harlett anathema) baybeblue: but no seriously it dates back to when there were cattle runs to get texas cattle to the rail roads they had to heard them through other states and it scared other local farmers of the states because the horses and cattle from texas were bigger then any other ever seen harlett anathema: eee..OCD...then there's the rabbits...their hungry too.....and my mini pins love fruit & vegetables... Snowy_: I was on a website today and am envious of you guys. Electronics are sixty to seventy percent more expensive here. Damnit...... I need that passport just to go shopping.
