Snowy_: Well I live in a town where it is highly educated, has it's good and bad. Housing and everything is expensive. Yes, people with degrees are well paid, depends where they work as per norm.

Whimsical Fairy: I honestly have no idea how anyone can live on $7.25 and hour...for that matter, I don't know how anyone can live your minimum of $10.25.

baybeblue: i get paid minimum wage but i also work extra days and double shifts plus clean offices on the weekends and bake cakes for sell

Snowy_: I don't know either. I couldn't.......

Whimsical Fairy: Milk here is $2.89 a gallon (for whole milk)

Snowy_: 4 litres here which is equivalent to your gallon is 5 or more here.

OCD_OCD: Dang. That sucks, Snowy!

Whimsical Fairy: 4 liters is a bit more then a gallon, not much.

Snowy_: Yes, we'll we have healthcare but we get the people who abuse the system and taxed to death because of it.

Whimsical Fairy: I agree, but I would venture to guess that other things they have are cheaper. Just like from state to state. We pay $3 for a dozen eggs.

OCD_OCD: Wow. Our eggs are really cheap.

Whimsical Fairy: Bacon is $8.99 a pound

baybeblue: dont know havent bought bacon in too long i think i am going to get bacon today i now want some

Snowy_: Regular gas is now 1.30 per litre.
