Robot Seb: Guys all it means is don't create multiple accounts, don't share your account, and don't create them for others. All of those things can get all of the accounts closed regardless of the reasons.

As Mich mentioned, we do have procedures which we follow however we're not allowed to disclose anything regarding accounts as it's a security issue.

Robot Seb: I thought banks only allowed 1 account but offer different services such as a trust fund, savings, checking or debit, etc... I don't use Bank of America so I have no idea if they do or not.
