The new wireclub gaming rule protest. CerealKing: Many people that play poker/bingo/blackjack/slots know now that you can't send credits/chips/cards without being a wireclub gold member. There is only one way to be a wireclub gold member now and that is through buying it with real money. So when your membership expires (if you have one) the only way to renew it is paying with real cash. I understand that wireclub has to make money to survive, and I am well aware of that, and I am also aware that this is possibly done because of the people sending chips to other multiple accounts and abusing the system. I think the best way to solve this is deleting all alt. accounts that people have and any new accounts can't receive chips for at least a month. I mentioned the new rule in poker a while ago and 15 minutes later people are still talking about it. So Rod and everyone else, please listen to the people on this one. No one likes this new rule. We were somehow able to put up with the 5 credit thing, which I despised as well. I'm only even writing this because I care about wireclub and I want it to be successful, and I fear that this will only cause wireclub to lose members. We do our best to keep people using multiple accounts away, but it's not always so easy to tell that someone is indeed using a second (or more) account. Do you know how much it costs per month to get professional proxy detection (for instance?) - I can tell you it's in the thousands. We have already tried lenient ways of trying to deal with the issue, but the fact is it hasn't worked. Thus we are trying something else fashioned in a way which makes it almost impossible to abuse by people in a manner which makes it fair to not only Wireclub, but the users investing in the service. Say the option of buying wireclub gold (if you wanted it), or simply the option of buying a token which allows you to send your cards without fee for $10 or so. Admin should have a read of this convo sooner or later to leave their input. Owen: Oh, regarding ads; we love an ad-free site. Besides the ones you may get in chat rooms, wireclub has always avoided using ads as much as possible. Moreover, I have seen abuse rate on wire has significantly reduced due to rule that "u need wire gold for chatting in main room". I think, Wire should not remove share option. Owen: Understandable and I see your concern, it could be costly for some people in the long run if all they are doing is having the odd game here and there & sending off tickets when they can. Unless of course, you're like everyone else who gets jackpots but me!  As I say suggestions are always appreciated, if you can think of ways which makes it fair to both users playing the game, and the service whom have had to implement these methods due to users "cheating" or otherwise abusing the gaming system then feel free to leave them. Think about it that way , I play poker everyday and yes I get help by friends and will say again friends tat enjoy playing together , that's why we are here ( TO ENJOY ) so now this new policy will take that away , Riddle me this as a member are we not here to enjoy ????? My belief of this new rule is there are going to be many and many of very upset daily faithful members , So in reality these so called abusers , cheaters won the battle and cheated the ( LOYAL FAITHFUL MEMBERS OF THIS SITE OF DOING WHAT THEY ENJOY WITH FRIENDS )
D a e m o n: Thank you for making it in simple words goalie but the abuser problem have other soultuions too its just not about that bro Owen: I think it is better to make the game fair than have it able to be exploited. I see where you are all coming from and as I said, I see your concern. We want the game to be enjoyable, but we don't want it to be vulnerable. As I say, bare with it for now. It may not be permanent. If someone comes up with an idea which will work that makes everyone happy, awesome. Post it! It wouldn't be the first time Admin has implement an idea from a user. In saying that, as frustrated as you may be about this update, try to think of a way to better the situation rather then get angry at us about it. I am trying to help. Owen: Guys as I said, it may not even be permanent. Something better may yet come up. Security is always an issue which needs to be address first, sometimes that may be in a harsh manner. Obviously that part has been done, so it is logical to think the next step is to think of ways to better the situation. Admins will be up for suggestions on this matter given the negative effect it is having on you guys and anyone else concerned about it not posting here within the community.
