chronology: New Zealand massacre may have been helped by the Dark Web

Law Enforcement Officials are considering the possibility that the White Supremesist who massacred 50 Muslims on Friday was in touch with other radicals on the Dark Web.

The young man who is suspected of the crime was said to be absent from any watch list. But he was said to be well versed in Right Wing philosophy. Police suspect that the young man avoided their attention by using the Dark Web Email and secret Web Sites to instruct himself in Right Wing thought.

It is claimed that live action video of the shocking crime was broadcast live on Social media.

chronology: 'Bloody Sunday' Soldier to be charged with murder.

A Paratrooper involved in the 1972 shooting of a rioter in Londonderry has had his name given to Northern Ireland Police Authority Officials for investigation for murder.

The decision by Public Prosecutors in Belfast was after reviewing evidence submitted to them regarding the shooting of a demonstrator in Londonderry.

The Parachute Regiment was found guilty of criminal behaviour in a long running inquiry into the the so called 'Bloody Sunday' shootings and Prime Minister David Cameron gave his unreserved apology to the people of Ulster for the shootings.

However individual prosecution of the soldiers involved were left for a review panel to decide. After studying the case files the panel decided evidence was sufficiently available to charge one soldier with murder.

Among many older people in England there is resentment over the prosecutions regarding the Troubles in Ireland. They contend the times were very different then, and men like the Paratrooper in Londonderry were simply normal people in extraordinary circumstances. 'If he ran out of his barracks and killed someone, that would have been murder, but shooting someone during a major riot the worst you can say is 'manslaughter' ' they insist.

Human Rights campaigners in the U.S. and Europe however will see the prosecution as a victory for their efforts over the years.

Northern Ireland Police Officers will be making arrangements to interview the accused man in the months ahead.

chronology: Americans spend more on soap than they did on the War of Independence.

In adjusted dollars the U.S. struggle for Independence cost around 2 billion dollars. Today Americans spend way more than that each year on soap.
Part of the reason for the bargain basement price is that the war was on Americas door step.
For great Britain the war was one of it's most expensive. Probably costing ten times or more what it cost America.
The loss of one supply convoy alone to Spanish and French war ships assisting American patriots probably cost Britain twice as much as the entire cost of the war for America. France and Spain scooped up hundreds of cannons supplies and ships.

The most expensive war for America is still WW2 . The cost was around 4 trillion dollars.

chronology: Great Britain's most expensive war.

When most Americans think of the 1920s they think of a booming economy and wide spread comfort and prosperity. But for Great Britain it was a decade of recession and near bankruptcy. It was the decade America replaced Britain as the world's number one economy.

WW1 is credited by most economists as the reason for Britain's near bankruptcy. The real term cost of the war was manageable. But it was the attempt to maintain the pre war status quo that saw Britain enter it's worst ever economic crisis at the time.

American factories had replaced British factories as suppliers of consumer goods during WW1 and after the war Britain attempted to keep the value of the pound at around 4 dollars a pound. To do this meant hiking up interest rates, thus crippling business growth. And keeping the pound on the gold standard this making British exports way more costly than American. The result of all this economic window dressing almost led to Britain going bankrupt by the late 1920s.

As the 20s closed even Americans made mistakes and their credit bubble burst in 1929. People forgot Britain in crisis and began avoiding the U. S.

chronology: 'Flat Earthers ' suffer a set back.

Well folks who believe NASA and all other Space Agencies are full of Druid Freemasons who have fooled the world into thinking the earth is a globe must be a little depressed at a discovery in babylonian records.

Babylonian science was interested in Eclipses. And ancient astronomers were accurate and thorough in their records. It has been found that they even discovered the Seros cycle. This cycle of Luna movement extends over a 19 year period and then starts over again.

Folks in Salem New England will see an Eclipse in the same place in the sky at the same time around 19 years later. And every 19 years after that.

Hmmmm the Flat Earthers now have to explain who was fooling the babylonian astronomers as they lived 2600 years before NASA was formed.

chronology: So why did 'Agents Mulder and Skully' raid Bob Lazar's home. ?

Well, they never did, but an F.B.I. team did search Bob's home in Nevada last December.

The F.B.I. visit has become part of U.F.O. folk law now. It is probably retold as F.B.I. SWAT Teams dropping from helicopters and Bob being dragged to a Black Helicopter and taken away for questioning at a secret underground Base.

So what did happen? Well like posted in the previous Trivia Post about Bob an F.B.I. Team did visit Bob's home, but using their cars to get there. And Federal Agents never arrested Bob, they informed him they wanted details of some potentially hazardous material he sold to a customer 2 years before the F.B.I. visit. This happened just as the new Documentory Movie about Bob was being released in Los Angeles. Coincidence? maybe something in the Movie prompted the F.B.I. call around.

But Bob suspects the F.B.I. are watching him around the clock. 'When they were in my home I heard them discussing something I had said in a conversation when I was in a forest the night before making a short film' . In the forest Bob had said he took some Substance 115 from Area 51. The next day, within hours of him saying that, the F.B.I. arrive at his home to interview him. Bob suspects it was the 'Substance 115' that they were looking for, not an old transaction about a customer.

Maybe just a coincidence wireclubbers. But hey, Urban Legends thrive on coincidence. So stories of Bob being whisked away to Area 51 will for ever circulate in conspiracy circles.

chronology: How America got her name.

Just how did 'America' become known by that name? There are a number of theories, but the most common is the story of the German Map maker Martin Waldseemuller. He was writing up a new Map of the World and was at first at a loss what to name the New World found by Columbus. He decided to name the new discovered lands 'America' after an Italian discoverer Americo Vespucci who had travelled to the New World and became convinced the New Lands were part of a distinct continent of their own. Columbus speculated that the lands he found were simply the far shore of China.

The Italian Vespucci probably heard from 1st Nation people in America of a vast sea to the west of the the coast he had landed on.

chronology: 'Oh Dear'

Permission for a Rally supporting the Parachute Regiment has been applied for in Belfast. The Rally is planed for next month (April) people in Britain, Ulster and Ireland and the U.S. will be concerned the Rally could become violent and slow down the move to resolving Ulster's remaining obstacles to a lasting Peace Agreement. A lot of hard work has been done by Ulster, Irish, and American and British Groups in attempting to bring a conclusion to the move to Peace.

The Rally will also place Northern Ireland Police Service in an unnecessary dangerous situation. The Rally is in protest to the proposed prosecution of a Parachute Regiment member for the shooting death of a man on Bloody Sunday, and the Inquiry being held into the shooting deaths of 11 people in Ballymurphy in 1971..

Over the years Politicians in London, Washington DC and Dublin have called for 'Peaceful Negotiations' to resolve the long dispute in Northern Ireland.

A Biker Rally is also planned to support the Parachute soldier being investigated on suspicion of murder.

It is understandable how people on both sides of the dispute are angry with events, but placing already overworked Police women and men in potential unnecessary danger seems a selfish attitude.

chronology: Gary and Lee.

It has always been a mystery to some folks why Lee Oswald chose his curious route to defect to Russia.

It was not possible for him to fly directly from England to Finland so he must have flown first to Norway or Sweden or Denmark. He could then catch a connection to Finland.

What is curious about this is that Francis Gary Powers was en route to a secret air base in Norway when his trip was rudely interrupted by a Soviet missile.
Lee is always associated with the U2 Spy Plane after storming into the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and threatening to give U2 secrets to Russia.

But was Lee somehow still connected to the U2 Programme when he defected to Russia?

Francis Gary Powers was unlikely to have been flying on from Norway. He would have needed a nights sleep after his 9 flight from Pakistan. So the CIA would have had to have welfare facilities for crews at the secret base. And was Lee somehow connected to the base?

History says Lee packed his bags and left California and settled down in Russia. But maybe Lee really began his journey not from sunny California beaches but from a secret air strip in Norway.

chronology: Ballymurphy Inquiry hears more testimony.

One unexplained aspect of the incident in 1971 is just how the shooting began that led to the deaths of 11 people. One possible explanation is that as confrontations expanded due to the mass arrests of catholics with the introduction of Internment, the Parachute Regiment began an resupply of extra Ammunition to soldiers in the forward Observation Posts in the Ballymurphy Estate. A soldier would normally have been issued with one magazine containing 20 rounds of ammunition for his semi automatic Belgian FN Rifle. As a result soldiers were wary indeed of firing all their rounds as it was almost impossible to get extra rounds during a firefight.

But one Paratrooper describes how he drove around dropping off Ammunition Boxes at OPs just before the heavy rifle fire cut across the Estate. One soldier who described shooting numerious rounds into the Ballymurphy was asked what he was shooting at. He said when it got dark he was shooting at 'muzzle flashes' which he said he saw in the darkness. 'You could have been shooting at anything could you not' ? asked a Lawyer 'yes I suppose so' replied the soldier. He explained he felt his shots were in line with the British Armies rules of engagement in Ulster at the time. The rules were that a person can only be shot at if they are carrying a weapon, or have just fired a weapon and are running away' .
Another soldier has given evidence which was highly critical of the Army during the shootings, but he is the only single known person in the Parachute Regiment to be hostile to his fellow paratroopers that.
