Today saw the repeated claims that the Malaysia plane was deliberately crashed by it's pilot. Something Airline Pilots find a scapegoat act by persons involved in the mystery of what happened to the plane. Airline Pilots have pointed out that there is just as much evidence for Fire on the plane or other reason for the loss of the plane.

As pilot's say, whenever there is a loss of an aircraft there is almost always claims it was due to pilot error as the pilot cannot defend himself. Privately, most pilot's are said to favour the fire explanation for the loss of mh370.

chronology: Accused El Paso shooter suspect formally charged with Hate Crime.

The Hate Crime Charge being added to the other charges means if the accused is found guilty he will face much harsher sentencing.

Most people expect this trial to result in the death penalty for the person found guilty.

Comments by Texas Legal Experts so far are indicating that they find no mitigating factors in the crime. Although many Latino community leaders have accused Mr Trump of whipping up hatred against the Latino community. Mr Trump denied this.

chronology: Yikes Franklin Graham has infuriated the Gay community.

After comments about Gays Mr Graham found venues he hoped to speak in England falling like domino's after all of them withdrew their offers of allowing him to preach there.

The Gay community is among the most prosperous and well organised consumer pressure groups in Britain and they have made it clear how infuriated they are at Franklin Graham's comments about their community.

There have been calls to ban Mr Graham from visiting Britain and even accusations that he is a bigot and a hate munger.

The Gay community are often haunted by memories of Gay victims of intolerance such as Mathew Shepherd. Mathew was left beaten and dieing on a fence after being attacked by two thugs who said they attacked him for being Gay. Gays say preachers of religion created the hatred that led to the death of the gentle caring young Mathew.

Zanjan: The Gays making those allegations are out of their league. I've never seen a preacher teach that violence is permissible. No religion teaches that murder and hatred is ok.

The perpetrator of wrongs always blames somebody or something else for their own bad. Gays should also stop blaming others for the life they've chosen. Own yer stuff and stand strong when bullies acost you. Protect the vulnerable wherever you see them.

Gays arent the only ones who've been attacked. Predators are everywhere, even inside the Gay community.

chronology: Zan, this is a hot button subject with gays. They don't say so openly but they blame religion for virtually all the violence and intolerance against their loved ones and their community.
And not just gay's. I asked a young Lady the other week if she could think of anything else that has led the hatred and exploitation of women more than religion. She said no there never has been anything worse than religion. Religion brain washed women into thinking they are second class people never to be treated as equal to men.

chronology: It's all about the U.S. Navy.

In the 1890s Britain made its final plans ever to invade the United States. A huge force of British Indian and Japanese Imperial troops would swarm down through Canada and take over America.

How serious those plans were is anyone's guess. But probably the last plans made to invade America came a few year's later. This time drawn up by Germany.

Virtually everyone in that era knew that sooner or later Germany and the U.S. Navy would go 'toe to toe' on just who would take over from Britain when Britain finally declined as a Atlantic Power. Germany drew up plans to launch a commando style raids on U.S. Navy town's on the East Coast of the United States.
It would not be a invasion of America just the occupation of American Navy Port's.
But the German Intelligence Officer's concluded that such a occupation would never be useful in hampering the American Navy for very long. American's would unite as a people just like they did when Britain burned Washington DC in 1812.

There were even plans drawn up to invade New York City and Boston. Again a limited occupation of American soil. But as with the Navy Yard's occupation it was concluded America would unite as a country to repel the attack.

It is a little surreal to think of New York City as a kind of German Hong Kong on America's coast.

chronology: Billy Graham Evangelistic Association to begin Legal Action after being banned in Scotland from holding a Public Meeting there.

Every single venue where Mr Graham was to speak in the UK has withdraw permission for his Group to hold meetings at their establishments. They shunning of Mr Graham is believed to be because of concerns among the Gay community that his comments about Gay lifestyles could lead to violence against Gays.

Perhaps one compromise would be if Mr Graham would agree not to speak about Gays at the venues, but instead offer private and considerate counselling to Gays who ask for such counselling.

Many Gays believe Gay victims of hate crime like Matthew Shepherd were victims of religion inspired hatred whipped up against Gays.

But for now anyway, the only appointment the BGEA has in Scotland seems to be in the Court where they plan to take Legal action.

chronology: This date in 1987 Andy Warhol dies in New York City.

Andy had been an American Icon for decades. He blazed a trail for Pop Art and the Gay community. In New York City he lived openly as a Gay man, something he could have been arrested for.

His expressionless blank look became his brand on all his photographs.

chronology: This date in 1943 the Cavan Orphanage fire in Ireland kills 36 children.

The tragedy still prompts debate in Cavan to this date. An enquiry by Irish Authorities found no one culpable of the death's but Irish folks still disagree on the manner in which the children were locked in rooms and unable to escape the fire.

chronology: Almost 25 years since the Oklahoma City Bombing.

Timothy McVeigh seems more a man of mystery today than he did after his trial. Some insist he never died at his execution. It is more or less agreed by many folks that his Ryder Truck bomb could not have caused the damage to the Public building that was seen after the terrorist attack. And even Tim himself is a mystery. It now appears he visited the doctor twice a week almost every week he was in the United States Army. And bizzarly he only left the Army Reserve a year after the bombing, and wad granted an normal discharge from the reserve.

When first arrested Tim told some investigators that he only intended to blow out the windows of the Federal Building, he said someone must have switched the bomb he drove to the building. But even a more powerful bomb in the Ryder Truck would not have caused the blast damage. U.S. explosive experts say that only high explosive charges in the building could have brought down the floors at the side.

One speculation is that whoever Tim was mixed up with double crossed him and detonated charges after he placed the Ryder Truck bomb.

The FBI maintain that Tim's bomb did the damage, but some FBI Agents have expressed doubts over the years about the details of the blast. There could even have been an attempt at multiple bombing in OKH City that tragic day. Witnesses still insist that they saw at least 6 men, Tim amongst them, stood around two Ryder Trucks outside a hotel the day before the bombing. The FBI have suggested people are just confusing other Ryder vehicles not related to the bombing.
Another mystery is just where Tim was getting his money from in the year before the attack. He drove around visiting gun shows across the mid west. He stayed in cheap motels or trailers most of the time but had no means of support. He told some people he was connected to bank robbery gangs, but that just seems more of Tim's fantasy talking.
One theory is that the FBI found itself in a Perfect Storm of criminal gangs. Perhaps some drug gang found out about Tim's bomb plot and decided to get their lick at the FBI in at the same time. Leaving Tim to take the blame without him even knowing who they were or that they even planted bombs in the building.

A mystery.

Roof has been sentenced death on the grounds that he was mentally defective at the time of the shooting, it is being held that he was unfit to plead.

But Roof has few supporters for his. He has also started fresh debate over the display of the Confederate Flag. Video of Roof trampling the Stars and Stripes and waving the confederacy flag have been viewed on line.

Many in the South contend that what the Confederate flag means today does not represent the character or spirit of Southern people. The people of the South are noted for their integrity, high standard of education, community spirit, good sense of humour and honesty. Whereas the Confederate flag today is usually waved at rallies of intolerant hate speech crowd's.

Although with the famous'home spun Southern Wisdom' many folks in Dixie would say 'the time to start worrying is when the folks who wave the Confederate Flag switch to waving Old Glory. That would be worth worrying over'. .

chronology: Folks in Dixie divided over Franklin Graham approach to Gay issues.

The people of the South are people of often strong unwavering faith. They show Gay people as much respect as anywhere else in America, but they keep their personal views on the subject to themselves. Southerners point out there are many mistakes in life people can make. Being obsessed with lecturing Gays about what is considered a mistake by some folks is unreasonable.
Some Southerners are also a little dismayed at Mr Graham constantly rounding on Gays. They point out that Mr Graham claim of not focusing on Gays does not stack up. After considering sermons preached by Mr Graham they pointed out he mentioned Gays more than any other questions in his sermons.

Preachers like Mr Graham say some folks in Dixie have a unique opportunity to preach the Gospel to people who may not normally hear the simple stirring message developed in the South.

At the moment legal proceedings are under way between the BGEA and Venue providers across Britain regarding Mr Graham being shunned by the providers.

But it is looking like if Gays want to hear a stirring Southern Sermon they may have to pack their bags and fly to the Carolina's or Mississippi to make their own mind's up about this subject.
Curiously Gays are well known for enjoying fine foods. Southern Cooking is among the most tastie in the world so even if they are not influenced by the Gospel message, they will probably be Emailing to their friends that they are already in paradise with all those Southern Dishes.

A curious side point to all this mystery is an international agreement signed by countries never to publish any satellite photographs of the North Pole.

Among Freemasons the Grand Lodge of England was the leading Lodge. American Freemasons began joining the Scottish Rite Lodges of Masonry which were independent of London.
The Scottish Rite is claimed to have begun in France. There are some people who tell a lively tale of how the Knights Templar were driven out of France and settled in Scotland. From there they traveled to America and took over the American Colonies. Today they are claimed to run Wall Street and the Pentagon.
Quite a story, but very unlikely.

This date in 1993 the World Trade Center bombing in New York City.

One of the mysteries about Oklahoma city bombing in1995 was if Tim McVeigh was part of the same terrorist gang that bombed the World Trade Center.
The connection between the two crimes was Terry Nichols visits to the Philippines the year before the Oklahoma bombing. While there it is claimed he met with WTC bomber Youssef. Some suspect Youssef of teaching Nichols how to make the OKC bomb.
American prosecutors at Tim McVeigh Trial were said to have sidelined suspects like Youssef because they would never have got a conviction for Tim. There is no question at all Tim McVeigh was guilty of the bombing. Witnesses place him in OKC and he admitted the crime after being arrested fleeing the bombing. But had the other suspects in the crime been introduced, Tim would never have been convicted, no matter how much he wanted to be. The FBI strategy was Keep it simple stupid. The victims families could then have closure and begin healing.

The actual evidence linking Nichols to Islamic terrorists is thin. He was in the Philippines at the same time and in the same City as Youssef, he also made nearly a hundred phone calls on his phone card to the Philippines while Youssef was there. But Nichols explanation was that he was calling his wife's family. One man who thinks he saw Nichols with Youssef said he looked like a man he described as 'the angry American Farmer'. A American who hated the United States Government and all things American. While the description fits Nichols, it also fits other Right Wing fanatic's at the time who were visiting the Philippines to marry philipino brides.

chronology: Bloody Sunday Trial venue date set back.

The Court where a soldier accused of shooting civilians unlawfully on Bloody Sunday in Londonderry has yet to be decided. Yesterday Authorities in Northern Ireland said they need more time to consider the venue for the Trial.

Londonderry residents are insisting that the soldier's Trial be held in Londonderry, but Authorities have concerns about the safety of Court Staff and people attending the Trial. Emotions still run high amongst Londonderry Residents regarding the shootings. They also say that they have concerns for elderly witnesses who will attend the Trial traveling to Belfast. At their age it will be distressing to them.

The Trial is likely to be High Profile so reporters for various Media Outlets in the United States and Europe will probably find Belfast more convenient.

chronology: This date in 1902 Harry Breaker Morant is executed in South Africa for the murder's of South African prisoners and a German Missionary.

The Movie Breaker Morant created a Cult status for the Australian Boar War soldier. But people researching the controversial Australian still disagree on whether he was a hero or villain. Morant insisted that the South African Boar fighters were more criminals than soldiers. But we will probably never know for sure as most Official Records of the Trial were said to be lost the next day after the Trial. However some researchers claim Australian Authorities have the Court Record's they have just never been open to public viewing.

chronology: Social media bloggers still divided over whether Breaker Morant was a hero or villain.

Social media bloggers are still taking sides in the dispute of whether Breaker was a hero or war criminal.
So what was he charged with? He was convicted of killing Afrikaner Prisoners of war, and also gunning down Boar fighters who attempted to surrender. At first most people would condemn Breaker as a villain, but Veterans of Vietnam and Iraq street fighting would have a much deeper understanding of Morant's actions with their Front line battle experience.

Morant had been sent to a intense combat area where ambushes, sniper attacks and booby traps were common. Relations between Boar fighters and British Army personnel had reached an all time low. Morant ordered a Boar taken prisoner executed. There is some debate as to if he was simply following 'take no prisoners' orders given at the time. A German Missionary who heard of the executions was shot dead as he set out from the base camp.

Possibly round about now some Vietnam Veterans and Iraq Veterans would be shaking their heads and considering that the entire situation at the base camp had 'gone to f*ck' . Whatever the justification had been to begin with the event's overseen by Breaker had turned into a scandal when word of the deaths got out. Under pressure from critics in Berlin and London Breaker was arrested and charged with murder.

The Chief Officer at the time in South Africa was His Lordship Lord Kitchener. His Lordship was described as a cold blooded ruthless Army Officer. He was once reported to have signed a batch of death sentence convictions of British Troops without even reading the charges. So most likely Lord Kitchener never even took much interest in Breakers case, he probably just signed the death sentence then forgot about the subject.

Some Australian historians still seem miffed that Breaker was executed without Australian Officials even being consulted.

For most bikers from around the world Milwaukee is virtually a City to 'must visit' . The home of motorcycle manufacturing and beer brewing guaranteed Biker's were visiting a place of note.
But sadly today there was a mass shooting in the fine Town. Local Police Officers are still gathering details.

Any wirreclubbers flying into Belfast City Airport may notice it is named after Northern Ireland legend George Best. Well now there may soon be a hotel named after the Soccer Star in his home town of Belfast.

Many professional sports persons would be impressed with the success George enjoyed. Tens of thousands of fans cheering him at soccer games. Beautiful girl friends, millions of dollars in income, his name known around the world.
But some professional sports players say George was born a few decades too soon. Had he been playing soccer in the financial Soccer boom of the 2000 era he could have commanded any wages he desired. A hundred million dollars for just a few years contract. And goodness knows how much he could have earned from advertising on top of that income.

But sadly George did ultimately have a life of success, his weakness was for alcohol, and he gave up trying to overcome the addiction. His last days were times of constant vomitting and pain. He died of alcohol related illnesses.

A cautionary tale for all top sport's celebrities. You can be worshipped by millions, rich and successful, but still lose everything.
