cloudygrey33: Have struggled with this a lot in my life , for sure. I don't know if you've tried it before- But sometimes something that is super helpful for me is volunteer work. Sometimes it is a way to just get out of my own head when my head isn't a friendly place to be. We have a local mission where you can serve meals to the homeless and do different things there to help out. Most towns have something like that. I hope it gets better for you, regardless! You're definitely not alone in terms of the fact that there are lots of people out there who relate and understand how that feels!
