Basically they want only to allow lever action rifles, bolt action rifles,single shot shotguns and revolvers. In other words if you have a 1911 semi auto pistol from WW2 or Korea they want you to turn them over. You have to pass an FBI background check and wait five days until you can take your gun you already purched home after the FBI check. Then in most states you have only five days to register that gun. They also now require that on private purchase as well. The only gun sales they need to regulate more is illegal gun sales and illegal weapons that are pouring in from Canada and Mexico. I agree with the large clip ban but now they want to just make guns illegal by bans on any gun that holds more than 16 rounds.
