There's a place on the other side of time
Where all our dreams are standing still
Over the rainbow peaceful and sublime
I'm wondering if the thrill is really real

Maybe the visions are only make believe
But are they figments of my imagination
It's just more than my mind can conceive
Or is this an illusion of my own creation
~
Try as I may I just can't find a solution
When I think I've won the harder I fall
It's a destruction of our life's evolution
Wrapped tightly inside of a silk shawl
~
Back from the future and into the past
Where countless lost memories dwell
First will be first then last shall be last
When pent up emotions start to swell
~
There will come a time this I am told
Life fades from view lost in a rhyme
Then all the love to have and to hold
Drifts away in shadows on my mind
