Fog Swept Glade: That‘s nice. I know probable cause isn‘t Canadian so they may assail drug people. Texas has state jail, but they do work with other districts to transport people. Strange.

TheCovenant: Yeah here in Canada if the evidence does not allow for incarceration in prison, we just run the clock down in jail, sort of a not guilty jail surcharge. Most political appointee judges go along with it because they don't want to ruin their relationships with the police.

Fog Swept Glade: The judges & police are the same here unless a line of principal is drawn or rugged individualism is being used to tarnish basic standings of cases.
