We have managed to compromise in other parts of the world. Things are not perfect by any means, surely we can do better than the "either you are with us OR you are against us" mentality. I doubt a compromise wrt a persons human rights would work given any circumstances. I think compromise that Gandhi was referring to is one of basic human rights. davidk14: .
