USA foreign policy is to blame for many of the ills in the world today, my own theory is that foreign policy is driven by greed of individual citizens there. USA contains about 5% of the total world population yet consumes 65% of ALL the world's resources, this blatant overconsumption has resulted in the US govt forcibly taking resources from smaller countries or by installing their own choice of government in a target country which will make decisions in favour of American interests. You can argue that this is incorrect, but you WILL lose. I am quoting documented fact. The bottom line is that USA does not believe in democracy for other countries unless it, in some way, benefits USA. There is no altruistic motive there.
