oh wait you live in fantasy land california where most of the prisons are slammed so full that now convicted felons are being dumped back out on the streets so the general public now has to really worry even more

get convicted you should be made to help pay for your incarciration...

not just walk the yard, lift weights, watch all the tv you can bear.... oh and plan on killings, riots or just general mayhem on your off time to fill in the monotonous routine....
