As people see that more and more has been done by others, not those in Govt, and that they can't be repaid for their work people will say the Govt is rubbish.

Already the local councils are not paying the money they have said they are going to pay for Housing. The numbers in the letters they send and the money paid are not the same.

That is the obvious point behing saying that benefits are capped to £350 a week and it will be paid monthly in arrears.

The Portugal Daily News has a front page opinion that after three weeks the Presidents policy has not worked, there is no sign of it working. 49 weeks left to go.

Cameron has made his move. Summer is a bad time for the fakes as amongst other things sea water upsets them. But they have already made that move at least once before. Ken Turner, a east coast landlord , along with ' someothers ' brought a legal action in summer in Great Yamouth claiming that the council or the police were not doing enough to protect children swimming and on the beach.

His claims then amounted to exactly what Cameron has said recently about the internet,

Bearing in mind the Jobcenter now wants access to every unemplyed persons computer there is serious questions about what his plans really are.

The Portugal Daily news continues today saying the President has said he has no intention of calling a General Election at the moment even if his idea that all the partys should work together has been rejected by the main partys.

It all looks like window dressing. With one person resigning and being promoted to chief in the new govt by one party, leaving the finance minister to resign and leave.

Looks like a General Election before the bills have to be paid in a hope to return The Party without it being the administration at fault.

So, will the Bank of England bank roll the Portuguese again??

It seems to be planning not to and the prices of the things it was taking the money off has fallen.

The main problem there is the Bank prefered people are the same people who in Portugal are unable to work in anyway and should have returned back to Germany.

With the streets full of child soldiers it is clear the Bank still thinks it can keep people working for it by taking their stuff away from them.

"The president of the European Commission (EC) said in Brussels on Wednesday he was “sure” Portugal could return to the markets in 2014 if stability was guaranteed and there were no “political accidents”.

If the political stability is guaranteed, which is an indispensible condition for trust, I am sure that Portugal can, if there are no political accidents, reach its goal of returning to the markets in 2014”, José Barroso said at a press conference in Brussels."

From Portugal news

Portuguese President Cavaco Silva has accepted the new look ministerial line up but must marvel at the big give away by Passos Coelho, the junior party in the coalition seems to have been given everything it ever wanted.

Paulo Portas may be the new Deputy PM, but he still sails under the dark cloud of suspicion over his role in the Ferrostaal submarine affair which mysteriously has yet to come to court despite having been scheduled to start in November 2012.

From Algarve daily news

"In the meantime Portas will be in charge of all things to do with the Troika and also is responsible for the poisoned chalice of state reform.
Rui Machete will head Foreign Affairs. He has long government experience having been minister of Defence and Justice.

According to the German magazine Der Spiegel, a Portuguese law firm is believed to have played a role in ensuring that that the contract was awarded to Germany's Ferrostaal, and that plenty of bribe money was paid in return.

Prosecutors at the original trial in Bavaria already identified more than a dozen suspicious brokerage and consulting agreements related to the submarine deal. According to the investigation files, all of these agreements were designed "to obfuscate the money trails," so as to pass on payments "to decision-makers in the Portuguese government, ministries or navy."

So the new Deputy Prime Minister is now in a good position to kick this case from the long grass straight into court to show his supporters and the electorate that he indeed had nothing to do with this miserable and corrupt affair and is a model of probity, nothing less will do for Portugal's Deputy Prime Minister representing the country at home and overseas. "

From Algarve daily news

The President has backed Portas before, trying to promote him, and worse still has said that the ministers involved in the submarine affair will tell the court what they know, but that was several years ago now.

So Portugal is going to default.

It has never met any of the agreements or financal deadlnes made with the EU and that was the point the protesters in the street were shouting about.

The newspapers are reminding people of Portugals other economy.

A good example is " Drone Insurance ". The passenger and pilotless flights were seen as a good scam for the banks to work by the Portuguese Govt who worked together with the corrupt operators to get the contracts. Untill a string of accidents amongst the vapour making nusiances caused a serious loss to the Mafia style operatiion.

When the Govt is willing to lie and shovel debt around no financial service is safe let alone the crash investigators.

Left calls for new minister to resign!.

From Daily Algarve News

"The parliamentary leader of the Socialist Party, Carlos Zorrinho said today that the new Finance Minister, Maria Luis Albuquerque, "has lost the conditions to remain in office," and that she had "created a monumental lie" when she spoke to the commission of inquiry into Portugal’s controversial Swap contracts."

"We are asking that this minister resigns for ethical reasons," said Carlos Zorrinho at a press conference and called on the Prime Minister to "appreciate the incompatibility of this remaining in office." The Communists and the Left Bloc also called for her dismissal."

"This "severe and incomprehensible inertia," resulted in further losses, doubling the amount lost from the first report in July 2011", making a "potential overall loss of €3.3 billion."

"João Semedo from the Left Bloc stated that the Minister of Finance "has always been late at arriving at the truth." The Communists also require Alberquerque’s resignation saying that if she can not be relied on to tell the truth, she is unfit to remain a minister."

"The final kiss of death came from Prime Minister Pedro Passos Coelho who yesterday expressed "complete confidence" in Maria Luis Albuquerque after the press reported the existence of e-mail messages which proved the minister had had access to information on the swaps contracts, indicating a potential loss of €1.5 billion."

The new ministers involvment has been mentioned in the press before.

The Swaps scandel is a good example why people want change.

So how long before the election and what will it do?

The UK One Party is going to be a ' Labour ' govt next time. Cameron was Tony Blairs Benefits Czar and advised the Labour party on social security. The Fakes have had several years to plan their next move .

Over 810 kilos of cocaine were found in amongst boxes of bananas shipped in from South America, the Portuguese police announced Tuesday.
Five arrests were made of individuals aged between 35 and 55 alongside the seizure of two vehicles that the authorities reported had been specially converted for the transport of the drugs onto markets across Europe. The authorities also reported that the ship regularly plied the Lisbon to South America shipping line with the investigation ongoing and involving international police cooperation."

From Portugal Daily News.

Poland also had a high profile drugs bust with a modified car but no drugs and no links to Mr Big.

It raises the question were the drugs intended to pay for the govt debts? Or were they just another humbug designed to ensure public spending on the Military/Police?

Cameron tries to repeat his attack on Private Investigators. Cameron has attacked PIs consistantly. While in New York he claimed PIs were investigating his activities illegaly.

If the BBCs report is true the perhaps he is facing investigation about his banking or aircraft, as that was what he was doing each time in the past when he has issued such claims.

"
Portugals Daily News

President has vetoed her appointment once, and the lied after people said what he had done, resulting in the You tube video of his dissussion of her appointment being shown.

The finance minister is thought to have a handle on Cameron and others about the German Submarine affair after they realised the money from the UK would come from the unemployment benefit bill, ie some one in the ministry would pay out of that account.

At the same time, and helping the scam on is way, the Bank of England was caught trying to cheat the Belgiums out of billions, and then the Danish. The Portuguese Govt watched the situation as its cheque to the Bank of England paying off its loan went to Belgium first and then was brought by the Danish to safe guard its loans.
