Lefts Crazy Crusade Against 2nd Amendment (Page 9) Fog Swept Glade: I said that that militia was for war & policing & that the idea of people being at restaraunt shoot outs & that jazz in the advertised numbers is indicative of following a bit closely or just fake. I began with saying it‘s ok to have a gun. It is obvious what was said. Adults know context. Fog Swept Glade: It‘s a shame you like a nonworking government & hate your possessions. A custodian cryptically raped you at the red head pogo at Janet‘s & this conviction proves you did a dozen other things as a robot man slave. You have the right to give birth for your testimony. A fetus is a neck etc (Edited by Fog Swept Glade) CLEPSIDRE: Conflating Democrats with crazy is not a smart figure of speech. It is rather a propaganda technique which serves more to polarize the nation, which is not a very good thing. Unfortunately, we see more and more of this type of propaganda. theHating: "One of the biggest issues to Democrats is the 2nd amendment, and I seriously think they want to abolish all guns for every person on the planet, or whatever planet they live on." We all live on the same planet, and how many liberals did you examine before you came to this conclusion? Are you referencing some study? "Despite being daily articles about crazy rampages from strangers shooting up places, they want to further limit access to guns to everyone (including non-rampagers), and expect the world to just turn into fairytale Disneyland where no one gets angry and needs to ever defend themself." I mean, you're kind of making a point for the "liberals" (or republicans that support a ban on semi-autos). I saw a statistic a while back about over 90% of law enforcement supports the 2nd amendment, but when do we draw the line? "If you listen to them talk about gun-owners who defend the 2nd amendment they immediately label them as the crazy right, rednecks, and paranoid schizophrenics." I never got necessarily that impression from "them", whom i assume you are referring to liberals, or the many republicans that support a gun ban. I think there are extreme sides to both parties, no one is debating it, but what is beig pointed out is; a) how people with bad ideas b) get there hands on tools that were designed to kill humans. "Should we really listen to people talk about guns who have never even stepped into a firing range, or gone hunting once? Do we really think some political hacks know better than the people that wrote the Constitution?" Again, gun control is becoming very popular with republicans, so... unless you're a libertarian... who are you claiming has never been hunting or shot a gun? And, who are these political hacks that are as you say ruining a document that was made popular 200 years ago by gun toting slave owners that also had the sense of what might happen in the future, and giving a certain elasticity (amendment) to the law of the country? "They even acknowledge that the country is turning Fascist, yet at the same time contradict that by ignoring racist and bigoted comments and actions by powerful people." umm, loads of people are saying this, alex jones even says it, who is "they"? oh, right, probably the liberals. im sure anytime you say the ominous "they", its clearly the liberals... im not sure what you're trying to say here other than the "they" people are complicit in the spreading of fascist ideas and behaviors from more "they" people? more data is required here. "So when the government jails journalists for their free expression of speech I hope that these political tv hosts defend them from the SWAT team with pitchforks and shovels." It almost hard to see which side of the debate you're even on at this point. I don't think the government has a problem with free speech. But how many times has fox news been 86'd, and even a lot of their own sentiment towards trump has been lost, and trump is the only one calling obvious proofs fake news and his administration the best, in a way, which are just two tenets of a fascist movement. Banning certain weapons, like ones designed to kill many humans and only many humans, does rank on a movement of fascism, but it has typically been demonstrably prejudiced in its mode of regulation, and also is just a flat out ban. "Or maybe if they are getting fired bullets at the supermarket they can defend themself with a gauntlet like Wonder Woman when she ran directly into fire during re-enacted World War 2." And I'm just going to end this with an article of a "good guy" using his second amendment to arguably demonstrate how the nra is racist.. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/26/us/black-man-killed-alabama-mall-shooting.html "Mr. Bradford, 21, pulled out his gun to protect shoppers at an Alabama mall, his family said." (Edited by theHating) Wild__: You mean those same "smart people" that chose Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the primary? Yeah, fuck those people. They aren't very smart after all. Fog Swept Glade: I wish they & your spawners died in the 50s. We have business, health, & safety issues to regulate. theHating: tools designed to kill people, no one here is attacking spades and pickaxes. lol, when history is written, maybe your grandkids can explain to you what gun control meant | Politics Chat Room 25 People Chatting Similar Conversations |
