American Concervatives worship him, despite the fact he was last world leader to ever draw up plans to invade the USA through Canada using millions of Indian and Japanese and Australian and British Troops. There was nothing personal in this, Sir Winston just saw American Industry and the U.S. Navy as a threat to Empire Business, he reacted as he always did 'destroy them' .

No he never started WW2 he was not even Prime Minister when it broke out. His decision to carpet bomb German Cities was not because he enjoyed killing people, it was simple expedience to him. He had seen the superb German Army first hand in WW1 and knew England stood no chance of ever beating German troops in battles. So destroying Germany from the sky was his only option as he saw it.

A curious point about Sir Winston was his decisions regarding Ireland. Given his method of wiping out threats, he was curiously pragmatic in Ireland, and even arranged for the countries independance. Some say it is because Ireland was worthless financially, who knows.

So Lori, Sir Winston was not evil he was just a man of his time. You cannot use 21st century standards to judge a 19th century aristocrat.

While there he said “all who resist will be killed without quarter” because the Pashtuns need “recognise the superiority of race”. There was violence against white farmers far more extreme than what you mentioned against African detainees. Unfortunately Lori this is human nature.

Just so you know there are currently two impeachment movement's being brought against Mr Trump as we chat. Both the Senate and The House of Represenatives are holding special committee on Mr Trump's Russian connection and a movement in New York state is trying to have his corporations dissolved. There is also a State Movement to convene a Constitutional Convention such as I am proposing, but they would run the show...they have 26 of the 34 states they need to convene the convention, and we'd end up with a weakened federal government and stronger state governments and that is not good for the people and will probably tear our union apart. I heard a rumor the other day that Hawaii is considering proclaiming their separation...don't know how that will work out. However they were an independent country with a King and a government before The Good Old USA "liberated them"...but that's just one part of American History...we have allot of dirty little secrets...at least we pretend they are secrets.
