What is a speech issue is when folks in the late 1930's thought that the speech coming out of Germany was just that...speech. Now that...was hate speech but nobody did anything about it...right? Hamas in their charter calls for the extermination of Jews. That too is hate speech. Iran's death to America and death to Israel is hate speech. NKorea threatening to nuke the US is hate speech and I am surprised that we haven't already turned NKorea into a frickin parking lot. I am also surprised that Israel hasn't turned Iran into a parking lot as well.

However, if there is evidence that a law or laws have been broken, they should be charged with a crime, tried in a court of law and if convicted, they should be penalized either with a fine and or jail time. However, the death penalty is a little harsh.
